Store Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

All items are shipped within 2 days of purchase unless order falls on a holiday. An email confirmation will be sent once item is shipped with tracking information. If an item is out of stick, an email will first be sent to see if replacement can be offered. A refund will be distributed back to the purchase after 5 days with no response.

 

Pre-Order Items:

All pre-order items have an estimated shipping date. It can come before or after the estimated shipping date given on the site. If 30 days has passed and item has yet to arrive, the purchase will be given a credit to their account.

Refund:

Refunds are only granted if item is returned within 5 days of receipt and in original condition. Notification of refund request must be made via email to customerservice@limonadacouture.com. Once item is received, Limonada Couture will inspect for any damages and will only refund price of item before shipping and tax.
